Our approach
You should never pay for care you haven't received, or for treatment that turns out not to be right for you.
What you pay
£129 for your initial assessment with Dr Parke. If we go ahead, the same £129 covers your first month on the programme- there's nothing further to pay that month except the cost of any medication.
£129 per month after that. No contract, no minimum term.
Medication, if prescribed, is charged separately at cost.
Your Initial Assessment
You cancel before your appointment - Full refund, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.
You attend, and Dr Parke decides treatment isn't right for you - Full refund.
You attend, and you decide not to go ahead - Your £129 covers the assessment you received and isn't refunded. You keep your written plan.
You don't attend, or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice - Not refunded, as the appointment time was reserved for you. If something genuinely unavoidable happened, get in touch - we will make reasonable adjustments.
We have to cancel. Full refund, or we reschedule - whichever you prefer.
Your first month
If you're not happy, for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Tell us within your first month and we'll refund the £129 in full.
This covers the fee for Dr Parke's care. Medication already dispensed is dealt with as below.
Cancelling later
There's no contract and no minimum term. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
We don't refund part-months once a month's care has begun, but you keep access for the month you've paid for.
If we stop your treatment on clinical grounds - because it's no longer safe or appropriate for you to continue - you won't be charged again, and anything paid for medication not yet dispensed is refunded in full.
Medication
Not yet dispensed - full refund. We don't order your medication until your payment has cleared, so if you cancel in that window you get the full medication cost back.
Already dispensed - not refundable. Once a prescription medicine has left the pharmacy it can't be returned, reused, or reissued to anyone else. That's a patient safety rule, not our preference, and it applies wherever you buy prescription medication.
Something wrong with your delivery. If your medication arrives damaged, incorrect, or outside its temperature range, contact us straight away. We'll arrange a replacement with the pharmacy at no cost to you.
Your legal right to cancel
Because you buy from us at a distance, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract. If you ask us to start sooner and the service is fully provided within that time, that right no longer applies to the service already given.
In practice our policy above is more generous than the legal minimum in most situations, and we'll always apply whichever is better for you.
How to request a refund
Email hello@doctorparke.com.
We'll respond within 3 working days and process approved refunds within 14 days, to the card or account you originally paid from.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside your rights under UK consumer law and doesn't replace them. If you think we've got something wrong, tell us and we'll put it right.
